Shipping & Returns
Australia : We ship Monday to Friday only except bank holidays. Typically if we receive your order before 2pm on a working day, we try to ship the same day. Our Express shipping services are charged at under cost, and shipping is combined at a flat rate, regardless of how many units you purchase in the same shopping cart transaction.
Outside Australia : Shipping is charged at the advertised rate on our website.
14 Day Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you need to return your straightener to us during the 14 day money back guarantee period, you are responsible return postage and for it’s safe return back to us in it’s original packaging and “as new” condition for a full refund. Please also e-mail us at admin (@) ozhead.com.au or call us on 1800 664 393 just to let us know what the problem is 🙂
If you are located in Australia you will receive 100% refund including postage.
If you are located outside of Australia you will receive 100% of the product refund, but not postage costs to return your product to us.
When returning straighteners to us for a warranty claim, e-mail us at admin (@) ozhead.com.au or call us on 1800 664 393 so that we know to expect your unit back for repair or replacement.
Please ensure that you include your full name and address in the package together with a note explaining the problem.
If your straightener has gone wrong within 12 months of purchase, we will refund your return postage fees up to a value of $12. Outside of the first 12 months you will be responsible for your own return costs. Please make sure the straightener is at least well bubble wrapped when you return it. If we are unable to repair your unit within 2 working days we will send you a replacement providing your straightener falls in the warranty guidelines IE has not been misused and the fault has occurred through normal operation.
