OzHead will gladly refund or credit goods returned within 14 days from the date of purchase provided the goods are in original condition, complete with all original packaging and undamaged. If the return is accepted by OzHead Pty Ltd , a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply at the discretion of OzHead where any damage has been incurred to the packaging or printed materials or the items have not been re-boxed correctly. The customer shall be responsible for the safe packing and return postage of all goods, via registered post. The customer bears full responsibility for arranging applicable insurances on returned goods. All goods sold by OzHead are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship, subject to the applicable Governing Law.
During the guarantee period goods may be returned to OzHead for replacement or repair at our cost. Guarantee does not cover any misuse of the product by the customer, accidental damage, consumables such as batteries or lotions, or where the product usage instructions have not been followed.
3 Year Extended Warranty:
OzHead’s 3 year extended warranty covers hair straighteners that have malfunctioned through normal use only. It does not cover replacement through misuse, neglect or deliberate damage. It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost and risk of shipping back to OzHead through warranty replacement, by registered post. OzHead undertake, after evaluation of your unit, to dispatch a replacement product of the same or equal value within 7 working days, although this is often much faster.
Items must be returned with a return shipping address and a note explaining the nature of the fault to OzHead Warranty, Po Box 3227, Wamberal, NSW, 2260.
Where OzHead does not have the exact model available for replacement, we reserve the right to replace with a similar or equivalent product or colour.
OzHead reserves the right to limit the 3 year warranty at its discretion where the products are being used in a heavy commercial environment, such as hotels, gymnasiums etc. or have been subject to neglect or misuse.
OzHead will generally provide shipping by Australia Post (Typically 1-5 working days to delivery) for domestic orders, and Australia Post Airmail for international orders . All shipments made within Australia are combined with one shipping price (you only pay once for shipping) up to 5 items. If you exceed 5 items in the checkout we will contact you with an excess shipping rate based on the country, in addition to the checkout shipping rate. We will not “safe Drop” items unless you specifically request us to do so.
Free shipping is only available within Australia.
OzHead checkout is protected by 128 bit SSL encryption and protected by the EWAY secure payment gateway.
Addressing: If a product is found to be mis-addressed by OzHead then OzHead shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then OzHead will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.
Incorrect Bank Account Number: Where OzHead gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by OzHead, then OzHead will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.
Mailing Cash: OzHead does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the Customer does mail cash, OzHead accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.
For Australia delivery addresses, all prices are GST inclusive and are expressed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.
